Below is a description of what to expect of potty training consulting with me. Expectations defined are expectations met.
You can purchase one of our various consultation packages on this website via credit card or PayPal.
***Regarding Community Membership (forum): The forum does not allow instant access. Upon receipt of your purchase, you will receive an invite to join our private community. Once you have registered, your membership will be approved within 24 hrs. Your two week membership does not start until you have made your first post.
You will receive a personal welcome email from me. Dependent on time of day, internet access, etc. you may get it directly or in several hours. That life preserver is coming your way!
Note: Phone consultations can generally be scheduled within 24 hrs. You should be able to get Community forum access set up in the same time. Sometimes less than 24 hrs!
Your welcome email will have instructions for your next step. Depending on which consultation package you chose, the instructions will differ slightly.
i.e. phone consultations will include a link to set up an appointment, community membership will have a link to register.
I want to make sure you know that my eyes and heart are open to the fact that once you purchase a consultation with me you want help ASAP. Given the fact that I consult with international clients and am working with a nanny family, I won’t be available to respond to your emails right away.
Even with that truth, please do reach out to me if you feel you have been waiting to hear from me for too long. Technical snafus do happen and, as much as some of my nanny families believe otherwise, I am human.
